Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Tailor Adanfo account and its data at any time. Here's how it works and what happens to your information.

How to delete your account

    Open the Tailor Adanfo app and sign in to the account you want to delete.

    Go to Settings → Account.

  3. 3

    Tap Delete Account and confirm. You'll be asked to confirm your decision.

  4. 4

    Your account is immediately suspended and scheduled for permanent deletion.

The 60-day grace period

When you request deletion, your account is suspended right away and scheduled for permanent deletion 60 days later. During this window your data is retained but inaccessible.

Changed your mind? Simply sign back in within the 60 days to reactivate your account and restore full access — nothing is lost. After 60 days, your account and all associated data are permanently and irreversibly deleted.

What gets deleted

Permanent deletion removes everything owned by your business, including:

  • Your login and profile
  • Your business profile and settings
  • Customers and their measurements
  • Outfit styles and orders
  • Invoices and payment records

A limited snapshot may be retained briefly where required for support, audit, or legal obligations, after which it is also removed.

Cancel your subscription first

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, deleting your account does not cancel that subscription. Cancel it directly in your App Store or Play Store account settings to avoid future charges.
