Tailor Adanfo (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Tailor Adanfo mobile app, website, and related services.

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, and the business profile details you provide — such as business name, phone and WhatsApp numbers, and location (country, region, city).
  • Business Records: The customer records, body measurements, outfit styles, sales orders, invoices, and photo attachments your business enters into the app. You control this data; we store and process it on your behalf to provide the service.
  • Payment Information: Subscription payment records such as amount, currency, status, and a payment reference. Card and mobile money details are handled by our payment providers (for example Paystack); we never see or store them.
  • Device & Usage Data: Device type, operating system, and app version, used to keep the app compatible and reliable, plus notification delivery information.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Tailor Adanfo service.
  • Process subscription payments and send payment links and confirmations.
  • Send service notifications, such as renewal reminders and order updates.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraudulent activity.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit. Photo attachments are stored with trusted storage providers and accessed through expiring signed links. Access to production data is restricted to what is necessary to operate and support the service.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell the customer records your business keeps in the app. We share data only with service providers needed to run the platform — payment processors (such as Paystack), subscription infrastructure, hosting, and file storage providers — and only to the extent required for them to provide their services to us.

Your Customers' Data

The measurements, contact details, and order history you record about your customers belong to your business. We process them solely to provide the service to you, and we do not use them for advertising or share them with other businesses. Please make sure you have your customers' consent to record their information.

Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete your account and associated data.

You can delete your account directly from the app at any time — including after your subscription or trial has ended. Deletion is immediate and removes your account, business profile, and every record owned by the business. A snapshot of the deleted data is retained for a limited period for support and audit purposes (for example, to recover an account deleted by mistake), after which it is removed.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
