Terms & Policies

These Terms & Policies (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tailor Adanfo mobile app, website, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Tailor Adanfo is a workspace for tailoring businesses. It lets you manage customer records and measurements, outfit styles, sales orders, due dates, invoices, and photo attachments, with a dashboard and notifications to keep your shop on schedule.

• You must provide accurate account and business information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
• One account represents one business. You are responsible for anyone you allow to use the account on your business's behalf.

• New businesses receive a 30-day free trial with full access. No card details are required to start.
• After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription: GHS 50 per month or GHS 500 per year. Prices may change; we will communicate changes before they affect your renewal.
• Payments are made through secure payment links handled by our payment providers (such as Paystack). We do not store your card or mobile money details, and we do not auto-charge a stored payment method.
• If your subscription expires, access to the workspace is restricted until you renew. Your data is not deleted when a subscription lapses.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support and we will review it.

The business records you keep in Tailor Adanfo — customers, measurements, styles, orders, and invoices — belong to your business. You are responsible for having your customers' consent to record their information, and for using it lawfully. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is harmful or abusive.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

You can delete your account from within the app at any time, including after your trial or subscription has ended. Deletion is immediate and removes your account, business profile, and every record owned by the business; a snapshot is retained for a limited period for support and audit purposes, after which it is removed.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, after notice where reasonably possible.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we work hard to keep Tailor Adanfo reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date, and material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
